Our 200h Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Spain (Valencia) is much more than a course, it is an intensive transformative experience of 18 days. Whether you are a long-term practitioner or you have just started your journey on yoga, in our training you will receive all the tools you need to get a deeper understanding of the roots of yoga as well as how to create a class and share your passion with others.
This residential intensive training provides you with daily teaching opportunities, so that you can build up your confidence and teaching skills. Moreover, you will go beyond your physical body and work on the seven chakras of your subtle body.
Besides, you will be living surrounded by mountains, enjoying Valencia’s nice weather and discovering the beauty of its nature.

- One year of prior practice is advisable, but not mandatory. Therefore, if you don’t have one year of experience and you would like to start the training, please contact us so we can advise you better.

- Philosophy (Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, Hatha Yoga Pradipika)

MODULE 2: TECHNIQUES, TRAINING, AND PRACTICES (75 hours)

ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS
Meals:
Full board (with 3 meals a day) is included with your course fees. A mindful and healthy diet is fundamental to us, which is why in our trainings you will enjoy delicious vegetarian (or vegan) meals prepared each day with love, using organic products. If you have any allergies or food intolerances, please inform us in the reservation form so that we can adapt your diet.
Accommodation:
“Tierra de Luz” lodge is located in Chiva (Valencia), amidst the mountains. It is a sustainable self-efficient house, surrounded by nature, and operates entirely on solar panels. The yoga shala and dining area have wood-burning stoves for trainings held in autumn/winter. Moreover, we have an outdoor area to enjoy the sun and engage in outdoor activities. Frequently Asked Questions
Upon receiving your booking confirmation and deposit, you will receive the Orientation Guide with all the information you need to know in advance.
A 200h teacher training course is the minimum qualification in order to become a yoga instructor. Our training is accredited by Yoga Alliance International, which means that your certificate will be recognised internationally. You may also register as a Yoga Alliance’s registered yoga teacher after completing your training.
YACEP means Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Programs (internationally recognised). These specialisation courses can be 30, 50 or 100 hours of specific training.
We will send you a list of recommended reading in your Orientation Guide. There is no compulsory reading, just recommended books. You will have access to some yoga books in our library, but of course you can bring your own if you wish. You may also buy a yoga book written by one of our teachers.
Of course. If your flight arrives the day before the training starts, you can stay an extra night (30€) with no meals included.
Upon receiving your booking confirmation and deposit, you will receive the Orientation Guide with all the information regarding what to expect and recommended clothing and items. In general we enjoy a mild weather in winter/autumn, with cold nights, and it gets quite hot in summer days.
